Peanut Powder

Peanut powder is produced when peanut oil is extracted in an oil mill. The remaining powder is then finely ground and has a wide range of uses, whether for pastry, sauces or as an ingredient in your own peanut butter. Whether peanut butter is presented as a paste or powder, the benefits remain unchanged and its consumption will be just as beneficial for your diet. However, the low peanut powder has a much lower amount of lipids than the conventional version of peanut butter. Our low fat peanut powder is made from peanuts that have been shelled, electronically sorted, roasted, mechanically pressed and reduced to flour. This product is 100% natural. 
Low fat peanut powder - strong roasting
This product is a golden brown powder with a flavour and aroma characteristic of heavily roasted peanuts. It is intended to be used in applications where you want to add a toasted peanut flavour in a sweet environment such as nutritional bars, bakery products, and high protein products.

Low fat peanut powder – medium roasting
The aromatic profile of this product contains freshly toasted notes. It is intended for confectionery or can be used as a flavouring agent to add roasted peanut flavour to sweets and nutritional bars. It can also be used as a blowing agent to reduce peanut butter fat to conform to identity standards. Certified gluten-free and kosher.
